General Policies
  • Vehicle may differ from image, depending on the availability.
  • All applicable fees and taxes are included in the price displayed on the website, with no hidden costs.
  • All bookings should be requested 48 hours prior to pick up departure time.
  • The driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes at the airport and 30 minutes at the location, after which the driver will be promptly released for the next assignment.
  • The booking details can be changed at any time more than 24 hours prior to your pick-up departure time, In order to make a change, please call/email the support center team.
  • The booking is eligible for a full refund, with no cancellation fees, for cancellations greater than 24 hours prior to your pick-up departure time.
  • The booking is not eligible for any refund for cancellations 24 hours or less prior to your pick-up departure time.
  • A chauffeur will be allocated for the booking and an SMS will be sent to the customer within 2 hours prior to arrival.
